  Our company's main Rubber Sheets include Colored Rubber Sheets, anti-corrosion rubber sheets, insulating rubber sheets, anti-static rubber sheets, cold and hot resistant rubber sheets, and acid and alkali resistant rubber sheets. Our company's rubber sheets are economical and practical, with excellent raw materials and products that are resistant to wear and tear. It can meet various needs of customers.

  Thickness: 1~50mm

  Width: 1m-2m

  Parameters: Specific gravity: 1.2-1.8; Tensile strength: 3.5Mpa; Elongation rate: 280%; Hardness: 70 °± 5 °;

  Performance: Operating temperature -30 ℃~80 ℃; Working in oil (engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil) media, it has sealing and anti expansion properties;

  Usage: Used for punching various cream oil seals, seals, rings, workbenches and floors in contact with oils and fats, and laying in electronic product areas. This product can be used as an oil resistant material and is widely used in electronic and thermal aging environments;

  For products with special specifications and technical requirements, we will design formulas according to customer needs to meet your requirements;

  Packaging: Inner film, outer woven bag with fixed length or weight packaging.

  Chloroprene rubber (CR): The physical properties of chloroprene rubber are similar to natural rubber, but its weather resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance are superior to natural rubber. Chloroprene rubber has good flame retardancy.

  Disadvantages: However, it becomes hard at low temperatures, has poor storage stability, poor electrical insulation, high density, and is difficult to control during processing.

  Chloroprene rubber (CR) is a polymer polymerized by chloroprene as monomer lotion.

  This rubber molecule contains chlorine atoms, so compared with other common rubbers, it has excellent resistance to oxygen and ozone, is not flammable, can self extinguish after ignition, is resistant to oil, solvents, acid and alkali, aging, and has good airtightness; Its physical and mechanical properties are also better than natural rubber, so it can be used as a universal rubber or a special rubber. The main disadvantages are poor cold resistance, high specific gravity, relatively high cost, poor electrical insulation, and susceptibility to sticking, rolling, burning, and mold sticking during processing. In addition, raw rubber has poor stability and is not easy to store. Temperature range for use: approximately -45 ℃ to+100 ℃.

  Mainly used for manufacturing cable sheaths and various protective covers that require high resistance to ozone and aging; Rubber hoses, tapes, and chemical liners that are resistant to oil and chemical corrosion; Fire resistant rubber products for underground mining, as well as various molded products, sealing rings, gaskets, adhesives, etc.

  Benefits of Anti-Corrosion Rubber Sheets

  There are several benefits to using anti-corrosion rubber sheets in various industrial applications. Here are some key advantages:

  1. Improved Equipment Protection

  Anti-corrosion rubber sheets act as a protective barrier for machinery, equipment, and metal surfaces, preventing rust and damage caused by chemical exposure. This is particularly important in industries such as chemical processing, automotive manufacturing, and marine applications, where equipment is continuously exposed to aggressive substances.

  2. Reduced Maintenance Costs

  By preventing corrosion and wear, anti-corrosion rubber sheets reduce the need for costly repairs and replacements. Their ability to extend the life of equipment minimizes downtime and helps businesses save on maintenance costs, contributing to more efficient operations.

  3. Enhanced Safety

  Corrosion can lead to leaks, spills, and catastrophic failures, which pose serious safety risks in industrial environments. Anti-corrosion rubber sheets improve safety by preventing these issues and ensuring that systems remain intact. They are crucial for maintaining the integrity of pipes, tanks, and machinery used in hazardous environments.

  4. Cost-Effective Solution

  Though anti-corrosion rubber sheets may have a higher upfront cost compared to conventional materials, their durability and longevity make them a cost-effective solution in the long run. They help prevent expensive damage and frequent replacements, making them a wise investment for businesses concerned with the effects of corrosion.

  5. Environmental Resistance

  Many anti-corrosion rubber sheets are designed to resist ozone, UV radiation, and other environmental elements. This feature makes them suitable for outdoor applications or areas where exposure to the elements could accelerate corrosion in traditional materials.

  Applications of Anti-Corrosion Rubber Sheets

  The versatile properties of anti-corrosion rubber sheets make them ideal for a wide range of industries and applications. Below are some key areas where these rubber sheets are commonly used:

  1. Chemical Processing

  In chemical processing plants, anti-corrosion rubber sheets are used as gaskets, seals, and liners for equipment exposed to corrosive chemicals. They protect pipes, tanks, reactors, and valves from degradation due to chemical exposure, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant.

  2. Marine and Offshore

  Marine environments, particularly those involving saltwater exposure, require anti-corrosion measures to protect equipment and structures from rust and degradation. Anti-corrosion rubber sheets are used in shipbuilding, offshore rigs, and marine pipelines to prevent damage from seawater, chemicals, and harsh weather conditions.

  3. Water Treatment Plants

  In water treatment facilities, anti-corrosion rubber sheets are used to line pipes, valves, and tanks to protect against the corrosion caused by water and chemicals. These rubber sheets ensure that the water treatment process remains effective and that the equipment is protected from rust and degradation.

  4. Automotive Industry

  The automotive industry uses anti-corrosion rubber sheets in fuel systems, engine components, and exhaust systems. These rubber sheets protect parts from exposure to oils, chemicals, and moisture, ensuring that automotive components perform efficiently and last longer.

  5. Construction and Infrastructure

  In construction, anti-corrosion rubber sheets are used in waterproofing, sealing, and insulating applications. These sheets help protect the structural integrity of buildings and infrastructure exposed to moisture, chemicals, and environmental elements that could cause corrosion.

  6. Oil and Gas

  In the oil and gas industry, anti-corrosion rubber sheets are used to protect equipment such as pipelines, valves, and drilling components from the corrosive effects of oil, gas, and chemicals. These sheets help prevent corrosion-induced failures that could disrupt operations or lead to environmental damage.
