Our company's main Rubber Sheets include Colored Rubber Sheets, anti-corrosion rubber sheets, insulating rubber sheets, anti-static rubber sheets, cold and hot resistant rubber sheets, and acid and alkali resistant rubber sheets. Our company's rubber sheets are economical and practical, with excellent raw materials and products that are resistant to wear and tear. It can meet various needs of customers.
Thickness: 1~50mm
Width: 1m-2m
Parameters: Specific gravity: 1.2-1.8; Tensile strength: 3.5Mpa; Elongation rate: 280%; Hardness: 70 °± 5 °;
Performance: Operating temperature -30 ℃~80 ℃; Working in oil (engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil) media, it has sealing and anti expansion properties;
Usage: Used for punching various cream oil seals, seals, rings, workbenches and floors in contact with oils and fats, and laying in electronic product areas. This product can be used as an oil resistant material and is widely used in electronic and thermal aging environments;
For products with special specifications and technical requirements, we will design formulas according to customer needs to meet your requirements;
Packaging: Inner film, outer woven bag with fixed length or weight packaging.
Chloroprene rubber (CR): The physical properties of chloroprene rubber are similar to natural rubber, but its weather resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance are superior to natural rubber. Chloroprene rubber has good flame retardancy.
Disadvantages: However, it becomes hard at low temperatures, has poor storage stability, poor electrical insulation, high density, and is difficult to control during processing.
Chloroprene rubber (CR) is a polymer polymerized by chloroprene as monomer lotion.
This rubber molecule contains chlorine atoms, so compared with other common rubbers, it has excellent resistance to oxygen and ozone, is not flammable, can self extinguish after ignition, is resistant to oil, solvents, acid and alkali, aging, and has good airtightness; Its physical and mechanical properties are also better than natural rubber, so it can be used as a universal rubber or a special rubber. The main disadvantages are poor cold resistance, high specific gravity, relatively high cost, poor electrical insulation, and susceptibility to sticking, rolling, burning, and mold sticking during processing. In addition, raw rubber has poor stability and is not easy to store. Temperature range for use: approximately -45 ℃ to+100 ℃.
Mainly used for manufacturing cable sheaths and various protective covers that require high resistance to ozone and aging; Rubber hoses, tapes, and chemical liners that are resistant to oil and chemical corrosion; Fire resistant rubber products for underground mining, as well as various molded products, sealing rings, gaskets, adhesives, etc.
Key Features of Heat-resistant Rubber Sheets
Heat-resistant rubber sheets are designed with several key features that make them highly effective in high-temperature environments. These features include:
High Temperature Stability: The primary feature of heat-resistant rubber sheets is their ability to remain stable and retain their properties even under prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
Elasticity and Flexibility: Despite being exposed to extreme heat, these rubber sheets remain flexible, which allows them to maintain a tight seal and provide effective insulation.
Resistance to Degradation: Heat-resistant rubber sheets are formulated to resist oxidation, cracking, and other forms of degradation that can occur under elevated temperatures.
Chemical and Oil Resistance: Many heat-resistant rubber materials also offer resistance to oils, chemicals, and fuels, which is essential in industrial and automotive applications where such substances are commonly encountered.
Durability: These rubber sheets are durable and have a long lifespan, even in harsh operating conditions. Their ability to withstand extreme heat without losing their integrity makes them cost-effective in the long run.
