  Our company's main Rubber Sheets include Colored Rubber Sheets, anti-corrosion rubber sheets, insulating rubber sheets, anti-static rubber sheets, cold and hot resistant rubber sheets, and acid and alkali resistant rubber sheets. Our company's rubber sheets are economical and practical, with excellent raw materials and products that are resistant to wear and tear. It can meet various needs of customers.

  Thickness: 1~50mm

  Width: 1m-2m

  Parameters: Specific gravity: 1.2-1.8; Tensile strength: 3.5Mpa; Elongation rate: 280%; Hardness: 70 °± 5 °;

  Performance: Operating temperature -30 ℃~80 ℃; Working in oil (engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil) media, it has sealing and anti expansion properties;

  Usage: Used for punching various cream oil seals, seals, rings, workbenches and floors in contact with oils and fats, and laying in electronic product areas. This product can be used as an oil resistant material and is widely used in electronic and thermal aging environments;

  For products with special specifications and technical requirements, we will design formulas according to customer needs to meet your requirements;

  Packaging: Inner film, outer woven bag with fixed length or weight packaging.

  Chloroprene rubber (CR): The physical properties of chloroprene rubber are similar to natural rubber, but its weather resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance are superior to natural rubber. Chloroprene rubber has good flame retardancy.

  Disadvantages: However, it becomes hard at low temperatures, has poor storage stability, poor electrical insulation, high density, and is difficult to control during processing.

  Chloroprene rubber (CR) is a polymer polymerized by chloroprene as monomer lotion.

  This rubber molecule contains chlorine atoms, so compared with other common rubbers, it has excellent resistance to oxygen and ozone, is not flammable, can self extinguish after ignition, is resistant to oil, solvents, acid and alkali, aging, and has good airtightness; Its physical and mechanical properties are also better than natural rubber, so it can be used as a universal rubber or a special rubber. The main disadvantages are poor cold resistance, high specific gravity, relatively high cost, poor electrical insulation, and susceptibility to sticking, rolling, burning, and mold sticking during processing. In addition, raw rubber has poor stability and is not easy to store. Temperature range for use: approximately -45 ℃ to+100 ℃.

  Mainly used for manufacturing cable sheaths and various protective covers that require high resistance to ozone and aging; Rubber hoses, tapes, and chemical liners that are resistant to oil and chemical corrosion; Fire resistant rubber products for underground mining, as well as various molded products, sealing rings, gaskets, adhesives, etc.

  The advantages of using rubber sheets that resist acid and alkali are numerous, especially in industries that rely on the safe handling of chemicals. Here are some of the key benefits:

  1. Enhanced Protection for Equipment

  These rubber sheets protect equipment and machinery from damage caused by chemical exposure. Whether used as gaskets, seals, or lining materials, they provide a barrier that prevents chemicals from coming into direct contact with sensitive surfaces, reducing the risk of corrosion, leaks, or equipment failure.

  2. Cost-Effective Maintenance

  By extending the lifespan of components and equipment, rubber sheets resistant to acid and alkali reduce the frequency of repairs and replacements. This not only saves on maintenance costs but also minimizes downtime in operations, increasing overall productivity.

  3. Versatility Across Industries

  These rubber sheets are highly versatile and can be used in a variety of applications across multiple sectors, including chemical processing, automotive, food manufacturing, and pharmaceutical production. Their ability to resist both acidic and alkaline substances makes them ideal for industries where exposure to aggressive chemicals is inevitable.

  4. Safety and Reliability

  Acid and alkali-resistant rubber sheets help maintain the safety of both workers and equipment. By preventing leaks and ensuring that chemicals are safely contained, they reduce the risk of hazardous spills or contamination. This is particularly important in industries where health and safety regulations are strict.

  5. Weather and Environmental Resistance

  In addition to chemical resistance, many of these rubber sheets are also designed to resist environmental factors like UV rays, ozone, and extreme weather conditions. This makes them ideal for outdoor applications or areas where exposure to the elements is common.

  Applications of Rubber Sheets Resistant to Acid and Alkali

  The ability to withstand both acidic and alkaline substances makes these rubber sheets essential in a wide variety of applications. Below are some of the primary industries and uses:

  1. Chemical Processing Industry

  Rubber sheets resistant to acid and alkali are commonly used in the chemical processing industry. They are often used as gaskets, seals, and lining materials for pipes, tanks, and reactors. These materials protect against leaks and prevent chemicals from damaging critical components, making them essential in environments where exposure to strong acids, alkalis, and solvents is routine.

  2. Food and Beverage Processing

  In the food and beverage industry, rubber sheets resistant to acid and alkali are often used in processing equipment that handles acidic substances like fruit juices, vinegar, and cleaning chemicals. These rubber sheets are non-toxic and comply with food safety standards, ensuring that the materials used in food production do not contaminate the product.

  3. Automotive Manufacturing

  In automotive manufacturing, acid and alkali-resistant rubber sheets are used in fuel systems, engine components, and exhaust systems where exposure to oils, fuels, and other chemicals is common. The rubber sheets protect sensitive parts from corrosion, ensuring that vehicles perform efficiently and safely.

  4. Pharmaceutical Industry

  Rubber sheets that resist acid and alkali are also used in the pharmaceutical industry for sealing equipment and gaskets in machinery that comes into contact with chemicals used in drug production. Their non-toxic properties and ability to withstand harsh cleaning agents make them a reliable choice for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  5. Oil and Gas Industry

  The oil and gas industry also relies on rubber sheets resistant to acid and alkali for pipeline sealing, drilling equipment, and valve linings. These rubber materials protect against both acids and alkalis commonly found in extraction and processing operations.

  6. Water Treatment Facilities

  In water treatment plants, acid and alkali-resistant rubber sheets are used to line tanks, piping systems, and valves that handle chemicals like chlorine and sodium hydroxide. These rubber sheets ensure that the integrity of the system is maintained, even when exposed to aggressive substances.
